A trapezoidal prism is composed of:

  • Two congruent trapezoidal bases: Front and back faces, each with area A_base = ½(a + b) · h.
  • Four rectangular lateral faces: Formed by wrapping rectangles around the 4 sides of the trapezoid along length L.
